The papers to be presented in the conference may be in English, Turkish, or Russian. During the Conference, translation services will be provided to the extent possible while the papers are presented.
Those wishing to present their papers in the Conference must submit the participant information form and paper abstract to the Conference Secretariat until June 30, 2017. The applications will be evaluated by the Conference Science Board and the applicants will be contacted if their papers are accepted until July 15, 2017. The participants whose abstracts are accepted must send the full text of their papers to the Conference Secretariat until September 25, 2017. The papers to be presented in the Conference will be published in the conference book.

Participant Information Form and Paper Abstracts
Those wishing to present their papers in the Conference must fill in the Participant Information Form and prepare the abstract of their papers using the Paper Abstract Template. Click here for Participant Information Form and Paper Abstract Template.
The abstracts of the papers may be in one of Turkish, English, or Russian languages, which are the languages of presentation; however, those preparing a paper abstract in Turkish or Russian must also fill in the Participant Information Form and the Paper Abstract in English.
In paper applications with two or more authors, one of the researchers must be designated as the contact person.
The abstracts of the papers will be evaluated by the Conference Science Board, with the personal information of the applicants being covered. Therefore, the paper abstract text, which is provided in the second section of the template, must start from the top of the page without presenting author information.
The paper abstracts must be 300 words at most and include maximum 6 keywords.
The paper abstracts must be written in Times New Roman 12 font size and double spaced format. In the paper abstract, the paragraphs must be indented with TAB space and there must be no spaces between the paragraphs.
The applicants must send their paper abstracts and academic CVs along with a list of their primary publications to the Conference Secretariat until June 30, 2017. The paper abstracts will be evaluated by the Conference Science Board and the applicants whose papers are approved for being presented in the Conference will be contacted via e-mail, and also announced in the Conference website, until July 15, 2017. The accepted paper abstracts will be published in the Book of Conference Paper Abstracts.

Paper Full Texts
The full texts of the papers which are approved for being presented in the Conference must be prepared in scientific paper format and delivered to the Conference Secretariat until September 25, 2017.
American Psychological Association 6th edition writing style format must be used in terms of general rules of writing and giving references in the text.
The papers must be prepared as a Word document. The full text, Title, Author(s), Extract, Keywords, Text of the Paper, and -if any- Notes, References must be provided respectively. In papers in Turkish and Russian languages, the extract and keywords must be prepared in English as well. The extract must consist of 100-150 words and the keywords must not be more than six (6) words. The paper must consist of 8000-10000 words, with the notes and references included, and comply with the paper format prepared according to scientific rules; moreover, the text must include the subtitles regarding the items listed in the Conference request.
The text format must be as follows: 3 cm page margin, Times New Roman 12 font size, double spaced, and the charts in Ariel font. The first line of the paragraphs must be indented with TAB space and no lines must be skipped after subtitles and between paragraphs (there must be no space between).
The papers presented in the Conference will be published in the Conference Book. Therefore, it is of great importance that the papers are prepared complying with the rules stated above for the sake of the integrity of the book.
